The tracker is showing they sent a pin for collection but I have not received any pin.And they saying the tracking number normally starts with B but my track number is YT2018021272104610.

    YT..... is a YunTrack number. That is the original courier. Go to the Yuntrack website and enter your YT number. It should give you a last mile delivery tracking number in the secon column which will be your BUFZA number which you can track on the Buffalo website. Hope that helps. Reading all the negative comments are really freaking me out about my package.
