The only reason is Buffalo carrier doesn't update it

I ordered an item on the 27th November 2019 and according to the website where I ordered the item from the delivery will take 8 to 10 days. It is now 22 days I've been waiting and still no delivery. This is pathetic that you have to wait so long for a delivery that was supposed to be here in South Africa already...and to crown it all the item has already been paid for. This is a birthday/Christmas gift for my child but by the looks of it she will only receive her present in the new year. Well I have learned my lesson. Will never order anything from abroad ever again.
