My 1st time ordering from Temu too...2April2024 till today still no drlivery or cant even track my order its realy dissapointing and angers me how nonchelants they all can be when they already have ur money...we should all really DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM FROM PLACING ORDERS AND PAYING FOR IT AT TEMU RIGHT UP2 BUFFALO AND THEIR DEMANDING YOU PAY VAT AND TAXES TO THE COURIER GUYS...THEY ALL IN THIS TOGETHER...SYNDICATES...I REGRET ORDERING FROM TEMU ONLINE...
No responses to whatsapp messages or emails. They have no idea what they're doing and I wasn't given a choice of courier. From now on I will not order anything online if I have to use Buffalo

I ordered from temu on the 14th april and I could track my parcel untill it reached buffalo then I was told to pay vat and I did. They told me to upload proof of payment and I did as requested.When tracking my parcel it showed that I have uploaded proof of payment after a day I got a message that my parcel is awaitng payment.really confused and lost trust can't even rate.
