Worst delivery service ever experienced! They delay the packages for weeks, no point in contacting customer support as it doesn't care and just tell you to wait or say they'll escalate and dont do anything. Better use DPD or other carriers than such a dysfunctional company.
Worst company ever! They do not deliver the packages on time. Companies should stop using CTT to do their deliveries.
Terrible service. They do not deliver the packages and lie saying that they tried to make the delivery and there was no one at the home. I had that same problem many times.
