This company has one of the worst purchasing policies I've ever seen. On the one hand, the price of the ticket varies a lot: they never charge you the same price and for a trip that sometimes costs 9.5€ they even charged me 27€, also on the website there is rarely a student discount and if you buy it on the bus you risk getting a higher price. Also, stopping at intermediate stops on the route costs more than making the whole journey. You are always charged a commission for the app. Buses never arrive on time. But what I am most upset about is that I have always been a customer of this company and I spoke to customer service as my flight had been delayed (so I couldn't get to a bus I had already booked) to see if I could change my ticket to the next bus or ask for a refund... they said no, they can't do anything... thanks for nothing. I recommend other companies like OnniBus.
