Nexive is an Italian company in the postal and e-commerce sector , based in Milan.
The company was conceived in 1998 under the name of TNT Post Italia thanks to a series of acquisitions of local private companies in the sector, including the historic company Rinaldi L’Espresso , by the parent company TNT Post Group .

In the years that followed, thanks above all to the liberalization of the Italian postal market , in the 2000s , the company became the leading private operator in the national postal market, second only to Poste Italiane, also considering public companies.
