Very pleased with the speed in which my goods were dealt with but very annoyed that the driver had the hide to leave order in letter box at bottom of driveway. It was fortunate that my son was home and able to retrieve it for me as l am a senior citizen who walks with a cane. Then l recieve an sms telling me that as the premises were unattended the parcel was left. As there were two vehicles in view of the road and my son was standing on the deck waiting for the driver to bring said parcel up driveway l can only assume he didn't even look. Very annoyed.
