Worst company ever it’s been more than 2 weeks they didn’t deliver my package and when I write to customer support they don’t give you answers all they say is when it gets to my region it will be shipped. It’s been over 2 weeks. Do not use this company it’s more of a scam than a shipping company

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company. I paid for home delivery, but after 9 days my parcel was still not delivered. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, receiving different explanations each time. Eventually, I had to go to their office myself to collect the package. I was told delivery was not attempted because my phone number was “wrong,” which is not true — the system accepted my foreign number when placing the order. My parcel stayed in their office for eight days without any real delivery attempt, despite the promised delivery time of 1–3 days. Poor communication, no responsibility, and very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company.
