It says that my package is "missorted", what can I do?

    If your package is missorted, please don't feel worry about it, it'll stay in place for a day. The tracking information will be updated within the next 24 hours and your package will be on the way again. New Zealand Post will try their best to meet the estimated delivery day.
    If you're in a hurry or couldn't see any updated information after 48 hours, you can contact the New Zealand Post from and ask for help.
    Call 0800 501 501 if you're in the New Zealand or +64 9 977 0102 if you're outside New Zealand. They work from 8am to 5.30pm(Mon-Fri) and from 9am to 12pm(Sat) local time.
