What a terrible service, you said you’d delivered my parcel, you hadn’t, you said it was in Spain, it wasn’t, you said you’d now found it in Uk, but can’t give a return date, you said DPD were no longer doing deliveries outside the UK but are still offering the same service I originally booked, but have refused to send to its original destination, you have refunded the postage which is something I paid extra for but have refused compensation, saying I have to wait for it to be returned, this all started 21/12/2020, it’s now 23/01/2021, I still don’t have my parcel either at the address it’s supposed to be sent to or the return address. Don’t blame Brexit or covid, I made sure it would be delivered before 31/12/2020 and covid was already here.
What can I say, I tried your live chat but they just go through the motions, they must be as stressed as me. So so so disappointed, let’s hope I get it back very soon.
