      Impossible d'avoir de réponse, colis envoyé à acquafredda brescia ,avis de passage mis dans la boite aux lettre du destinataire et ils disent adressé incomplète ou fausse ,c'est incohérent.le colis devait être déposé à la poste d'acquafredda 25010 brescia ,hélas il est est à sda italie ,loin ,j'ai paye cher et aucune nouvelle .

      Talked to Poste Italiane service , they don't give any value to the customers, zero efficient to assist you, no patient to listen, zero emphaty and respect. Only because they think we don't pay them for the service because we pay the online shop where we purchase the product, this is exactly what they say.. this is how the italian Poste Italiane or SDA work with the mentality that the customers are not important !

Aspettato tutto il giorno in casa ....ho chiamato l'assistenza poste italiane..pessimo servizio, zero considerazione per il clienti..questo fa capire come non valorizzano per niente il cliente! nessuna educazione e rispetto perché ti riattaccano il telefono in faccia ...

      Purchased wireless earbuds from target website. It said arrive sat may30. Now it changed june 3.i tracked the number only show italy sda courier name but dint show where they at. How they can give a date if they cant give or share their location....italy sda is trash
