      Very poor service, when it was Fastway, items got delivered a lot quicker!!

      OMG I have not one, but SIX parcels marked as delivered by your company, over THREE deliveries in the past week and I have NOT received even one parcel! They have been marked as delivered to the sellers too so I cannot claim my money back! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?

      Not sure what’s going on with the tracking saying it had 9 minutes until it arrives then saying it had 2 hours and 14 minutes, so no clue when it’s due to arrive today.

      My parcel has been in transit in Melbourne since the 24th or December 2020 over 20 days in Melbourne and can't get any further information from anyone except to look at the tracking it's the 13/01/2021 how long can a parcel sit in Melbourne for . NOT happy at all.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, firstly track your parcel on our website using your label number. This will show you where your parcel is within our network.
