Set up in German in 1999, GLS concentrates on package-delivery service, express, and logistics service, nowadays its express delivery routes cover over 40 countries in Europe and several countries in the USA. To make better service, GLS places the quality of shipment-delivery service in the top one.
Excluded the islands and faraway places it would take less than 24 hours to deliver to customers about national parcels in all countries. And the standard delivery times are generally between 24 and 96 hours in Europe. GLS delivers Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Goods which can’t be passed as customary in the trade or are packed insufficiently are generally excepted for transportation by GLS. Also excluded from delivery are among others:
