      Well, this is my 3rd review that I am posting, only because it's the umpteenth time, where if it wasn't for a friend telling me there was an Amazon parcel for me left on the floor between the corridors in my building, and the ridiculous part is that my apartment is literally right next to the entrance doors . I already had a parcel of 16 items stolen from me due to the fact that the box was left between the corridors, where anyone off the street can come in and steal it. Even if the person could call me and tell me that he/she left a parcel between the doors, well at least then I could come out of my apartment to get it. Now, having said all this, upon calling Customer Service, the lady at the other end of my phone call couldn't be any nicer, incredibly kind, helpful, and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with her. I do wish Joeyco. nothing but the best, best of luck and prosperity in the future days and years ahead, always!

      Recently I had a shipment which was not delivered on the expected day (Amazon delivery estimate ) . We called Joey and we got a courteous and quick response . The shipment was delivered the next day .

      Raza was extremely helpful when I called to complain about my package not having been delivered, although I sent delivery instructions the day before. Raza took charge of the situation and called the warehouse and liaised with the driver directly. My package was safely delivered the very next morning. Raza even called me to ensure that my package had been delivered. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Raza!

      Excellent service. He called, as well as emailed, to ensure I knew the package had been delivered as we live in an apartment building. Not sure why Amazon doesn’t use them more.

      I live in an apartment building and have had a few deliveries from joey Co. The last delivery was left at an incorrect address, and Mr shoaib in customer service, corrected the situation within an hour. I thank him for his efficiency. I hope the next time the driver call me when he arrive is at the building. Thank you once again for solving the situation so efficiently.
