Nova Poshta (Ukrainian: Нова пошта) is a private Ukrainian postal and courier company that provides express delivery of documents, freight and parcels for individuals and businesses. In 2017, the company delivered over 145 million shipments, through the company’s 2300 branches throughout the country. In 2015, the company expanded internationally to the nearby countries of Georgia and Moldova. Its main competitor is the country’s post office, Ukrposhta.

It was founded in February 2001 by two businessmen Vyacheslav Klimov and Vladimir Poreshnyuk, after Vladimir need help in the with the couriering items from his small confectionery business to fellow suppliers in Ukraine.
