PostNL provides the postal and parcel delivery service, express mail service, and logistics service in the Netherlands and other countries, and its abundant routes of air mail and ground transportation makes the better customers service.

How long will it take to deliver my international parcel or letter from the Netherlands to abroad?

The parcel can’t exceed 2 Kg.

1. International Priority service(airmail)
   The standard delivery time is about 2~15 working days.

2. International surface mail
   It will take 7~25 working days to deliver your international small packages to the recipient.

What can I do if my registered mail missed or destroyed when in transit?

1. E-commerce platforms’ seller
   If you are a seller in eBay/Aliexpress/Shopify, you can claim from the courier directly when your customers’ parcel missed when in transit.

2. Buyer or customer
   If you get to know your parcel missed or damaged when tracking the package’s status, you should tell to the seller and ask for the refund.

What should I do if I want the tracking number or tracking code to know where my package is?
