I have written over 10 emails to the Director General regarding my complaint, but not even one response has been received. My parcel has been stuck in transit for a long time with no updates or help from customer service. This level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It’s a shame that such an important institution ignores its customers. I expected at least a basic level of respect and responsibility. I strongly urge the management to look into this matter seriously and improve their customer support immediately.

I deeply regret using Pakistan Post Office to send my transcript to WES Canada. Not only did they charge an outrageous 1700 PKR plus a bogus “recovery insurance,” but they utterly failed to deliver the document. The staff neglected to enter the required CDS and EAD ID online, an unforgivable oversight that directly caused the failure, and asking me to go to the same branch and tell the staff to update it.To make matters worse, the transcript was returned in a torn, taped-up condition, rendering it completely useless. This level of carelessness is not just unprofessional, it’s disgraceful and unethical. Your incompetence has cost me valuable time and money, and the damage is irreversible. I will strongly warn others do not trust Pakistan Post with anything important. Your service is unreliable, Your processes are broken, and the accountability is nonexistent. Neither Director International Postal Services Noor-Ul-Saba nor Chairman/Director General Samiullah Khan and Complaints Registration (Federal Ombudsman) Dr. Jamal Yosuf has the decency to answer calls or respond to complaints. It’s a pathetic excuse for a national institution, and the leadership clearly reflects that.
