      Have a parcel currently sitting in Sydney with no movement for 4 weeks and the only response I have managed to get is a service ticket has been raised (that was when they still bothered to reply to emails)... Unfortunately have another parcel that is also sitting in Sydney with no movement (that is only 2 weeks so far). If you are unfortunate enough to have a parcel being delivered through them, all I can say is GOOD LUCK!

      This company are either scammers, money launderers or involved with other illegal activities. Michael from PF abused my staff and we never received our parcel. Reported to ACCC

      Not even worth the 1, delivery failed due to road closure 6.5 kms away from destination, 3 other routes could have been taken, not sure if staff are just to lazy to actually deliver or pick and choose what goods they want to keep. Now they do not even know where the parcel is

      Terrible company. They falsely claim to have tried to deliver when they have not. The delivery took well over a month and I had to pick up at depot which is not at the address online In Perth current depot address is 9 Tomlinson Rd Welshpool. Hope this helps good luck..
