      It's been four weeks buffalo has not delivered my parcel, and you cannot be reached through phone call,email even your whatsapp number,.whats going?

      Buffalo is the most unreliable, useless logistics company with very poor staff who know absolutely nothing about customer service. Their deliveries report failures that no one explains how they come about. It's a pity a well-established company like Shein partners with logistics company like Buffalo. If it was up to me I would advise Shein otherwise

      This is probably my tenth order with SHEIN and Buffalo logistics as the courier company, I always receive exceptional service from courier guys. Placed my order on the 3rd of September and received my order today...that's 10 days in total
