      Really, this is the service you provide to customers. You should not be in business. I have been waiting 5 weeks. You're company are a disgrace. Thanks for ruining Christmas for so many people.

      Christmas Day and still nothing because you people want to just relax and not sort out your customers first!Don't know how to do business...the customer is always right no matter what!And your priority should be to make sure we have our things before Christmas. I hope your workers are back at work tomorrow and don't send us emails saying we will revieve it in the new year

      To Sibusiso who says we should stop over reacting. Have you ever waited 5 weeks for a delivery, have you ever waited 8 hours at a Buffalo DC to try to get your package and then still left empty handed. Have you ever ordered Christmas gifts and then it didn't arrive in time for Christmas? I think not.... so keep your comments to yourself, you have NO idea what thousends of people went through with Buffalo this last month.
