    Went to the Durban warehouse today and got told my parcel hadn't been scanned in so I couldn't collect it...so angry now they told me I must just wait as they are very busy

    I hope this can be helpful for someone. I ordered in November and my estimated delivery time passed without my order, because they stated that delivery will delay with 5-7 days I hoped and waited still no parcel. Yesterday I saw a comment here someone was advicing that we contact Shein on Twitter they respond fast and I definitely took that advice this morning....i was told my parcel got lost in transit imagine! The status was showing received in Pretoria DC for a week. I got my refund nonetheless. So guys I suggest you contact Shein via Twitter you might be waiting for a parcel that doesn't exist. Goodluck As for Buffalo logistics you are pathetic and incompetent

    This was the third time I ordered from SHEIN, the other two times the packages were delivered by Aramex, they arrived even before the estimated dates, I was so impressed and satisfied. I promoted SHEIN to everyone and anyone who wanted to listen, telling them how good SHEIN products are and how trustworthy the ordering and delivering processes were......and now I have made a fool of myself because lots of friends and family, like myself have been waiting since November for our packages. I am so dissapointed. I will NEVER order from SHEIN again as long as they uses Buffalo.
