    Not even worth giving a review. Tried to phone them the entire morning. No help at all. I really hope that you go out of business. Been waiting for my parcel since the 19th of December. If I knew SHEIN used you I would never have placed an order. Thanks for no help at all.

    My parcel arrived in Port Elizabeth facility on the 19th still no sign of delivery and no physical address so that I can fetch it myself. This is pure evil, my kids Xmas stuff is all there. Can someone give me port elizabeth facility so I can go check it

    How this company remains open is beyond me, GEES I thought ESKOM was bad but this company takes the prize thank you for a crap service, and hope you go broke in 2023!! i cant even give 0 starts you don't deserve any stars.

    This place is heartless. My package arrived in SA on 24 NOVEMBER. Still waiting, no answer on phone, whatsapp or e-mail. Even went to Pretoria DC waited for 7 hours, they say my package is there but they cant find it because everything is thrown onto one hell of a mountain of packages. This place is a shitshow.

    i recive a whatsapp from a courier guy yesterday asking me to send him a location till today still waiting.this is not good at all .
