      Another (SUCK) day, still no parcel... At (MY) least they are super consistent with their shockling (BALLS) low levels of service.

      My parcel was received in your warehouse on the 12th of December, and today is the 20th of December but my parcel is still not delivered. The status of my parcel has been "parcel on hold" for days. This is horrible service

      It is expected that festive season is your peak period/season, therefore the management team should plan accordingly. Subcontract with small businesses that own delivery vehicles, hire temps to assist. This poor service is totally unacceptable.

      To everyone writing a review here please log a query on ur shein app, i think if we all complain there something will happen, i don't think Shein is aware of the poor service feom this buffalo

      I'm not go round about what I want to say,I am utterly disappointed in your service next time you decide on accepting orders to make sure you communicate with your customers about the delays don't wait a day before or two days before to tell them their packages will be delayed or wait for them to actually go beyond the mile to get through to you to find out what's happening now some of us have to spend extra money in making sure that we receive our packages because I did mention very well when I sent a complaint before that I am leaving the province. If I knew my package would take this long to be delivered then I would have not bothered placing my orders I have sent through my complaint to shein as im doing to you guys honestly I do not care if it's festive season but you offer the worst customer service and to think I was told your the most reliable,safest and fastest courier service one can use I am truly dissapointed in this service all could be avoided by just communication yet we had to go the extra mile to reach out to you after failing a couple of times and then still I have to wait and not know when I'll receive my package still honestly this is wrong and I hope they stop using your services to avoid losing customers because I don't think most people will accept this kind of service anymore.

      When you phone and you are number 435 in line just to speak to someone! A month late…I can’t believe Shein still Uses this company.
