    Literally have been waiting for my delivery for over 2 weeks. then there is the call centre that you never seem to make it to them actually taking your call. i waited from caller 463 to caller number 289 then jumped up to caller number 350. There should be someone who holds this company accountable. i am honestly not satisfied and the support from SHEIN is useless!

    The worst customer service ever, I'm on a call for over an hour.... Looks like my kids won't get their Xmas clothes on time.... You guys need to find a better way of doing this, your service is completely ridiculous

    Poor poor poor service I have been waiting for my package , status doesn't change,nothing , estimated time was exactly a week ago today . Highly dissapointed
