    I just received an email today from Buffalo intl Logistics, saying I should pay R632.64 so that they can be able to deliver my things from shein or they will be returned back, when I ordered, because my things did cost a certain amount, they said my shipment will be free. So why must I pay this amount, plus they even say you must add R20 if you going to deposit the money on an ATM on bank teller? What kind of a scam is this?
