I am just so frustrated with the service from thing company really! They have a Whatsapp contact, which you might think is convenient but nothing! they don't respond to texts at all, the number doesn't exist when you try to call. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY! I AM HONESTLY FED UP and would rather buy locally than support SHEIN which also does not seem to care about customer service, after so many complaints they are still using this useless logistics company. All you have to do is COMMUNICATE! and don't make false estimates, because the only reason we order is because we predict dates and it seems realistic.NOT COOL AT ALL!!!!!!

I have not received my parcel, I placed my ORDER 4 weeks ago, paid my tax and and my parcel has been in their warehouse for over a week now, you call, email and whatsapp them and no one FUCKING GETS BACK TO YOU, they are HORRIBLE!!! their service is terrible and their communication sucks. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING ALL THESE VARIOUS FUCKING COMMUNICATION CHANNELS WHEN YOU WON'T EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY TO NONE!!!! What a fucking shit show.
