    I receive a call from a robot give me an order that I must pay tax before I receive my parcel. I will never buy from Shein

    I really pray shein stops using buffalo logistics and I hope every client of yours realize how bad you are .... you guys dont really care about our feelings I hate you all you reply to any of our messages and I will inbox shein and tell them how bad you are

    Goods no where in sight. Been at warehouse since 1 Dec and they never deliver.

    Its been 4 weeks now since my SHEIN package arrived in South-Africa and I am still waiting for it to be delivered by Buffalo. Worst service ever....how are they still in business?
