      I’m not impressed with this service at all … Everything is just shady at this point I bought Christmas clothes dammit since the 1st Dec and I’m still waiting …this is poor low vibration as fuck it’s getting ridiculous at this point

      Their website is down this morning. No communication, many failed attempts to get assistance or feedback from them this past week. Fear my package is MIA.

      If you haven’t received a customs sms stating the account number and the reference number from Buffalo for your Shein order, try checking your emails.

      So disappointed my order has been into clearance finished since 30 November till now no movement..Buffalo logistics sucks alot and they deserve zero rating..the shein agent told me that they can't do anything since they have no hold of delivery I think we should boycott Buffalo until it is removed...pissed off

      My order has been in transit since the 4th of December.I placed my order on the 25th of November but I still havnt received anything.Very poor service

      On shein app go to (Me) option on the bottom right. Select contact agent on the bottom left and ask to speak to an agent. Submit your ticket with your question or what ever you want. They will definitely text back within 24 hours

      DM Shein official on Instagram. Text them about your issue ask them to refer you to an agent. You'll get help there (especially those who ordered in November and had they orders delayed.)
