    Houwaaa I need my order it's been weeks now....I think they should just work even on holidays and weekends since they have many deliveries....we orders those things for a reason it's December now yoooo I'm so disappointed and hurt Shame...Buffalo zero shame zero

    Buffalo are so quick to update you to pay the tax but after that no updates! No apology for delayed parcels, no answer on calls, or emails, no feedback at all!!

    Hi All, please ensure that you untick the stars, Buffalo has it set as a default to rate them 5 stars so it looks like they provide great service. They are very unethical!

    Very bad courier company i ever dealt with . Even when you go to their offices to collect they will tell you your parcel its already out for the past two days .

    I'm so not happy about buffalo logistics there's no communication till today they haven't responded to my emails and I was suppose to get my order on the 6-8 dec till today I haven't received my order .What should I do cause if I call buffalo I'm always number 105

    Placed an order on the 15th of November estimated delivery was 4th of December I didnot receive my parcel until now. And there's no means of communication with Buffalo, I'm very disappointed with the service that I have received
