    Am waiting on a shipment from Shein that's stranded in your warehouse. Since last Thursday, when I first started calling, I was informed that it would be delivered on Friday. When I called on Friday I was told it will be delivered on Monday, it's not yet delivered. I called today and waited on hold for 1hour and 20 minutes and I was told there was a delay. I need my parcels for this coming weekend. Today I was holding for 2 hours imagine. No wonder you guys have 2 stars your service is extremely poor!!!

    When I ordered it showed I would receive my package today, I continued the order for the reason I would receive it today as I need the clothes for a function we have the weekend. Yet nothing received. This is very disappointing

    I've been waiting for my order its almost a month now they send me a massage that their didn't find me on my address while there is always someone in the address I'm so disappointed with this courier plz send my order because it's my children's christmas clothes and it's Christmas nextweek please
