      Buffalo Logistics really sucks!!!! I got a message to say that they cant delivery my parcel as they cant get a hold of me. I am home all the time and they did not call. I called over ten times and then you hold on for so long and then cut you call I was like called 149 and bang cut I sent a WhatsApp they don't respond I sent an email no response This is really poor service I wish they can get a different service provider as this service provider is really crap!! I cant even give you a star as there is no service

      I am starting to lose my patience with this company. They don’t communicate, they do not answer calls and they do not deliver. Are we being scammed or what?

      This courier is pathetic. Still waiting for my urgent package. Cannot get any updates and cannot get through on the phone lines and on the off chance that you do get through there are almost 150 callers ahead of you and waiting time is 45 minutes

      I'm desperately trying to get hold of Buffalo but no answer! My package is due to be delivered by 4 Dec. I had to pay a large sum of money for tax to dispatch my package but I’m still waiting!!!!

      I am so disappointed in you, I have ordered from you before and I have never had such issues. I have been waiting for my order from the 25th of November, and I am still waiting. I will be going away on holiday and now my plans must change to accommodate your poor and slow service delivery. This is pathetic
