0 stars! Worst service ever! They dont answer, paid customs but now i need to repay giving me a bad name with people that ordered. No idea on how to work with customers. Pathetic customer service!!!!
Worst ever Courier Company, This company should be definitely be taken up. They take forever to answer their phones . The staff are soo rude . I ordered in March this year , it the middle of May all my documents were e-mail as requested . Now when I am checking where my order is it states invalid .
Buffalo is the worst company ever they say your parcel it's on it's way but no parcel i wish shein don't ever do business with them ever again ..if i could give it a zero star i would gladly do it with a smile
Haven't received my parcel and I've been trying got hold of buffalo logistics in kuruman but I can't.
waiting now 4 months from the 18th of January 2023 until today
I so hate this company. How I wish Shein can work with other couriers. I have over a month and I have not received my parcel. I have paid delivery fee and i still get the same email which says i must pay on a daily basis. I wonder who is their manager. POOR SERVICE DELIVERY 0/10
Always received my order before time, this might be my 50th order
I have placed my 8th order with Shein this morning. My first order was detained for a month. My last order /7th order Dec was delayed. I will never stop buying from Shein bcoz of such.
Stayed on the line till I was first in line, line just went quiet for 2 minutes before I cut the call.
Buffalo is the worst night mare, if shein don't stop doing business with it... It will lose customers
