    Buffalo logistics is just bad especially during December I learnt my lesson never placing any orders during this period I’d stick to ZARA instead imagine paying for a split parcel and a phone case on it’s own at that not the clothes I purchased yoh shein and Buffalo

    The festive season is not an excuse!! All my orders came on time but the first one is stuck for 10 days. How can all of them come but 1 is not moving. That does not make sense.

    It sad to say this but honestly ,I can't understand stupid people,contact number does not exist,call jhb office no answer,I'm waiting over 15 days now for my parcel,when I track it down,it's on the way to durban DC,we're is this durban DC,I'd pick it up myself I can not wait like this,I'm leaving to cape Town on Monday and will be back on Friday,I need my stuff today as it's all gifts for the family in cape Town,come on guys put yourselfs in our situation,this is really not on,if yourl can't cope hire people to help for December period,rent out vehicles if need be,nothing is impossible use common sense to make the business work faster and smarter please guys I need my stuff today

    Shiity company this is. Cant Shein find another better logistic company coz clearly this one is incompetent and gives zero care when coming to customer care service. Lets all find ways to inform Shein that this company is KAK and they need to find the better one!

    Buffalo logistics, I don't get it why you'd post your contact details here knowing very well that you'll never answer our messages, the calls ain't even going through. When I track my parcel I see it's near me but I don't get it why I haven't received it cause e dutse fela!!! Please put contact details that work!!! I see y'all are getting many bad reviews here and you do nothing about it, you don't even respond to the reviews...
