      My order was supposed to arrive on 2 Dec,still today I'm still waiting. Buffalo issa scam guys.i called them yesterday from caller number 204, i waited atill number 1.i asked my parcel n they told me that my parcel is with fastway already. I called fastway they said they don't have my parcel. I called today again in the morning from caller number 164 to 1 they told me that they have my parcel at Kempton Park. Really don't know im from Kempton Park warehouse now, they don't have n they said they have not yet received it

      What I don't understand why is the shipment that has already been scanned still sitting at their warehouse instead of being delivered. I rather my order be stuck in Cpt Buffalo than where it is now. Hayi yandiphinda u Buffalo. My very first order was a bad experience. The order was detained for a month by customs.

      It's been 10 days now and when i track my order it says "Buffalo Airport warehouse received" since the 4th of December and still today its still saying that. Kant bethuna what's going on with this company. Aii bangangihlanyeli Mina ngeke, kunini ngilindile. The worst part is when I call Buffalo, they don't pick up. Yesterday i called them and the agent said I'm caller number 207 and I should wait about 45 minutes for me to be assisted. Even today, I called around 09:30, 1hour 30min after they opened and I was caller 197, like how and why are we avoided? Why aren't the calls answered? This is the first time experiencing this ever since I started ordering from Shein. Buffalo you better do something about this because you are costing Shein customers.

      I've got a response from Buffalo China. I sent an email this morning. All they say is that "they are experiencing a delay of 3 - 7 days on shipment being scanned into their warehouse" [email protected] [email protected]

      Worst company ever, they don't care about customer services and it's festive season some of us need to go to various places, imagine being called to collect your order when on vacation
