    Ordered on the 27th of November and just got it right now. Way before the expected delivery date. I've never had a bad experience with buffalo or shein

    This is horrible service and you don't seem to care about the feedback you give us, you promise to deliver soon when we follow up but never deliver. My order was received by u from 30th but not delivered This is unacceptable.

    Apparently buffalo has many parcels with them that they haven't delivered. I called fastway couriers and they confirmed that they haven't received a lot of parcels because buffalo hasn't yet delivered.

    Baffulo services is extremely poor, Shein should stop using your services because your services are very poor, you even have contact numbers but you never pick up calls, nor reply customers WhatsApp, you don't give any updates on the customers parcels. We will contact Shein and inform them of the poor services you are providing for their customers.

    how is possible at 8am you have 200 calls holding, you never seem to answer the calls, how do we check where our parcels are, maybe SHEIN shoudl NOT use you as their agent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Buffalo what's going on? no update on my parcel at all, Yoh I'm so disappointed I've never experienced such bad service before
