    I have emailed, sent texts several times but still no proper response was given , I can't reach them when I call ... I've been enquiring for 2 weeks now... all in all their service is very poor and I am yet to receive my parcel even though the delivery date has passed

    Free advise,engage directly with Shein and place a formal complaint against Buffalo.They will deal directly with Buffalo and you will get your delivery or they will offer you your refund back.If you continue to order with Shein they will not give you Buffalo anymore if you make a formal complaint against them.You will be given Aramex and ever since i got Aramex my orders have been arriving in 7days maximum.They are fast in processing and delivery.They update the tracking regularly. Go to ypur Shein app then the me icon and go to service records.Create and submit a ticket with your complaint against Buffalo,they will respond to you within 24 hours.

    The service is very bad, they do not answer calls nor respond their emails, and they don’t deliver on time

    Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of November. Couriers lied and said address was unreachable. I still don't have my parcel

    My parcel attempted a delivery, which courier does Buffalo use in east london.. Please help??
