      Its been a week that my parcel arrived in Sputh Africa and still it says that nothing has been cleared...i usually wait a week after i ordered and now its 2 weeks. Whats the hold up. We all need to know why this is taking so long?? Or just provide us with information to where our parcels is. The tax payment was so much to pay this month. But yet again we have to wait??? Why??? PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION. answer our whatsapp texts or answer our calls...

      I always order from and never got this kind of service. I thought Aramex was the worst logistic and Buffalo always deliver before estimated date but now my parcel is not moving. It has been cleared on the 26th and nothing is happening. You guys don't even respond to my whatsapp messages. Please I need my parcel before end of this week Coz I paid for tax long time ago and my parcel is cleared so what's taking it so long to be delivered?

      Its suppose i received my parcel on the 25 and now its 30 and the parcel still in transit not even moving. I need my parcel, i ordered for a reason. You Buffalo Company not even updating whats going on. You dont provide your useful contact numbers and you dont even respond to whatsapp text.

      Very bad service usually recieve my order before estimated day but now i didnt and uts benn in transit for so long now even though i paid tax

      I have received a message that claims that my parcel is on hold due to invalid address... How? cause I received my other parcels in the same address. I need answers, how come, you give Ebrian Muller, my number? Is he /she a courier guy/lady?

      Seriously shein needs to cut ties with this logistic company. Shein makes sure they pack and deliver on time then comes this company and delays everything. I've been ordering from shein but this time no it's too much. It's not even promising

      I've been ordering shein in for almost 8th time now they have been delivering my goods before estimated time, but now,it's been 6 day's tracking my goods nd there's no movement buffalo am soooooo disappointed I need my goods asap,infact shein needs to cut all ties with buffalo KLAAR!!!!
