    I am waiting for my sixth order. Hay sana for some reason I haven't received the tax/customs sms. When I tracked on the official website boom the message is there. Yet I didn't receive anything. Hopefully now my order will start moving again...

    Maybe if all those who have their parcels delayed would ask fr a refund they’d wake up and stop working wth this irritating company because its said to wait fr a parcel thts long overdue until it’s time to relocate..universities are closing on the 7th who the fuck are they goona deliver it to??this company is a scam

    I haven’t received my parcel from October,its 3 weeks late,sadly today i had to relocate i ahve already stayed two more weeks hoping they will deliver but clearly an order is goona arrive in December maybe in January…as ling as Shein is still working wth this company im afraid i am not ordering evert again

    This is bullshit. Absolutely ridiculous. Their service is shocking. I’ve been waiting for my package since last week and it still hasn’t arrived.

    Very extremely poor service.. I have been waiting for my parcel from last week Thursday and was told is stuck with the driver....this is ridiculous

    Bad service I have received, I have been waiting for my parcel from last week Friday even now still not delivered...extremely poor service with bufalo.....m gonna logged a complain with hellopeter....

    It's really nonsense that all your contacts do not work. Your whatsapp is none responded you contacts don't go through nje. You don't even contact me to let me know what's going on .. like this really sucks

    My order was supposed to have arrived between the 22 -25 of November.. now they say unable to deliver. When I try call buffalo the numbers do not go through. Imagine it's my first time ordering and this is what happens.. I'm really heart broken. I paid my tax and everything.. yet I cannot get my order.. needed the things before the 3rd.. never again will I order on shein.. thanks for the poor service that I experienced.. still waiting
