      Absolutely POOR service. They sent me a message that my package was delivered at my house, which was not. Now nobody knows where my package is. Emails are not answered and telephone number is not working. Somebody has my package and they are unwilling to assist just keep saying package was delivered.

      0 star from me !!! Worst service ever .. on the website it says tried to deliver but no one was at the house , no phone call !!!!! Now my package is being returned! Worst company !!!!!

      Worst company ever . I’ve been waiting for my package since 29 September it’s 26 November today ! They’re not answering calls . THIS COMPANY MUST BE CANCELLED THEY ARE VERY INCOMPETENT.

      They really suck they said they will deliver 2 weeks back and said it was stuck at O.R Tambo and now they have it they don't want to deliver it

      I'm so disappointed this order dse was placed for my nieces desball which is tomorrow and I haven't received my order yet all the tracker is saying is finished clearance and these guys haven't even responded to my email I feel so heartbroken right now.....

      To those who are saying their tracking says that they've received an order and have been signed by a client while they didn't, I would advice you guys to contact shein and skynet to ask about what happened to your order, because I had the same situation and contacted them only to find out that my order has been lost between skynet and buffalo, so buffalo sent me an email for confirmation about my lost parcel, and I sent the email to shein and that prove of lost parcel, good news is that they responded quick and refunded me the money I've spent for that order

      I’m still waiting for my order no update
