      I wish I was able to rate you 0 star. You don’t deserve even a single star. My order took literally three days to get to SA but has been stuck somewhere at your warehouse for almost three weeks now. No decency to even update update

      Hey guys to those that are experiencing problems with no tracking update and are unable to reach out to buffalo. I suggest that you go to the customer service of the store you purchased from they have some form of communication with buffalo on your behalf. With my case it was a package from shein I told shein that I couldn't get hold of buffalo and in a matter of minutes my tracking was updated I hope this helps

      The guy called me around 10 and told me not to go anywhere he's coming, and call again at 18:00 and told me it's already late he won't be able to make it

      Poor service on my first time order I waited from the 30 October till today 24 November nothing

      Poor service .. my package hasn’t arrive since after I paid huge amount for customs duty .. tried contacting them it not going through send a lot of emails no reply .. your service suck , you can deliver whenever you want I don’t care again

      I am so MAD i have now waited A MONTH for my package and its still not here ,it has been on international shipping for more than 3 weeks,very disappointed in buffalo

      I have never experience such bad service in my life my parcel has been laying on your floor for more than 2 weeks now , When you call the call Centre the agent are very rude. I WANT MY PARCEL
