      I ordered first time and i made two order in 3 days time.I never received my order yet.i m getting worried after reading all of this.i hope my parcels arrive safe.

      I have called(to no answer).I have emailed(to no response).I have sent WhatsApp messages(to no reply nor acknowledgment of receipt).Pray tell,what must i do to get my parcel?Send a smoke signal?Ngiphahle? Your incompetence as a logistics company is horrendous!I am appalled at your blatant disregard of customers.Its truly beholding to witness and experience

      So far i haven't had any trouble with Buffalo but im getting worried when i read all these negative reviews and i dont see them responding to any of these ..at the moment im ordering for other people aswell and if this kind of things will happen to me i will have a lot of pissed off people who wound understand. So please you guys must work on your communication skills.
