      I was told via email that my parcel is going to be delivered 3 days ago but I’m still waiting for it. I’m not even from this province, I should’ve been home days ago. If this is how y’all work now then I’m done.

      I had a similar problem where 17 items were to arrive in the beginning of November and that Door2Door were the logistics comapy to deiver package, to only find out that customs had reject the parcel and apparently requested a new parel from Shein. A new parcel was sent with only 15 Items, which is raising an alarm for me. The value of the 2 items that are now are around R900.00 and now Shein want to compensate me with only 200 points :) :) what a joke...... Long of the short I had to leave for the USA without the parcel which was due to go with me.

      Never had an issue with deliveries but this time around buffalo logistics and fast ways delivery is doing me wrong, since I've ordered on October and it's been 7 days while my status says my parcel is out on delivery

      Yoh I never had a prblm with my parcel but this time no, I need my order today hlee, since on the 17th been out of delivery, the order I placed on the 2nd of Nov, but still haven't received it
