    Bad bad service from buffalo this time around! My order is a week late. I've been contacting them through their Whatsapp line but they're not responding to my texts. Called them and they told me my parcel is at the customs department but when I track it on their website, it says "clearance finished". I am very disappointed in buffalo this time!

    Third order received a week before estimated delivery time. Thank you buffalo logistics.i have never experienced any problems with my orders

    This company has poor service I placed my order on the 1st of November and was told to pay tax I paid tax after 2 days I received their email I tried to call them send them email to change the address but they ddnt respond still I'm waiting for my order

    Wow buffalo actually delivered...I was so worried that I thought I was scammed but Nah . I got my order today which was placed and purchased on the 4th November 2022 and I received it on 18 November 2022 . Guys if you are having difficulties please contact them I did the same and they said my order will arrive on Monday but I got it early . Am really happy the courier guys were friendly and full of laughter. Thank you

    Order has been dispatching since 15th till date no update. And i ordered a month b4 so that they can arrive on time for the 19th as i have to go on vacation
