      It's my first time getting something from shein and probably my last been over 2 weeks waiting for my order and the dates keep changing when I places the order they said I'll receive them on the 11th then 2 days later changed to 14th now its 18th and my orders been stuck on tax paid for like 7 days now

      I'm a first time buyer from sheen...my parcel arrived here 40 days ago...paid my vat and still getting the same message saying I still need to pay them...they asked for proof of payment and tracking number which I gave countless times...I refuse to pay them a second time ...this poor service is a disgrace...to think I paid for my stuff and I paid my vat...money don't grow on trees...it's not right what you doing.

      I have been waiting for my parcel since end of Feb. I will probably never buy from SHEIN again.

      Relax and stop being dramatic I bet you also didn't work during the long weekend.....I bet they'll resume with deliveries from today .the long weekend just delayed everything. MOST COURIER COMPANIES DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS ESPECIALLY HOLIDAYS

      Been waiting for my parcel for so long now. When I track it shows it was received in mafikeng branch since last week Thursday but it hasn't been delivered to me and it has passed the estimated delivery time. What saddening is that I'm based in mafikeng. I've never experienced this before and I always pay my customs on time

      I'm afraid I might lose my parcel I've never experienced this before. My parcel was received in Witbank since 3 April 06:27 am till now I didn't receive anything not even movement from since then.
