Buffalo is boring and they don't care shame
So my parcel has not been updated since 9 Nov as it has been in your warehouse. Yet my delivery estimated time is between the 15th n 17th.... I must say I am disappointed... I even tried to call buffalo this morning but I was not assisted
My order hasn't moved since 25 October I emailed and you guys lied and said my order is with fastway I contacted them they haven't received my order from buffalo you guy lie yoh I place my order end of September I am still waiting till today very disappointed and hurt Worse it's been in your warehouse for 3 weeks now without being dispatched
No issues and I'm always happy with Buffalo's services. Their customer care queue is also surprisingly fast. I'm indeed happy
My parcel information has not been updated since the 10th of Nov. I have paid the tax and haven't heard anything since. Have ordered from Shein a lot of times. It has never taken this long to receive my parcel.
My parcels had been on the same place after paying tax on the 11th of November
