    With the increase in volumes I suggest the efficiency or number of people supporting the delivery is increased so the service level doesn’t drop - which it seems to have done over the last couple of months

    Whatever is happening with the updates in Buffalo its disgusting and its not funny ,last week Sunday my Stuff came in SA but till today no nothing ,im so pissed

    It still stuck at the same place since 11th November even after paying tax . Shame l am disappointed because my first order was excellent service .

    They said I must make an appointment request if the Carrie try to deliver my parcel but fail for multiple times I did not get any call from the Corriere gay and my address is still the same I did not change anything

    My parcel is stuck in china from the 7th i ordered it says international shipping dy update it's on the 12th and i paid tax before on the 9th funny cz it hasn't arrived at customs and when i track my parcel whneva dy update it's a past date buffalo this time around it's incompetent will be waiting patiently for my package

    No updates since 11 November 2022. Nobody says anything. Apparently it has been cleared by customs, but the trail stops there
