I placed my order on the 16th October and it said it will be delivered on the 05th or 06th November but I haven't received it yet and when I track it the buffaloo tracking app says my parcel was delivered Your service is so poor please improve and deliver my parcels pls
I recieved an email stating that my parcel is lost after waiting for so long, I hate this company.
Very bad service received from this buffalo . No feedback from consultants. I ordered on the 19 of September buffalo informed me that my parcels has been detained by customs therefore there was documents that needs to be send through to them. I did exactly that. Tax has been paid follow up done still no response.

I called Icasa on them. I got sick of sending emails to Shein. They called me and an agent form Icasa called and emailed to find out if i have received an apologies from those cows at Buffalo.
I’ve never in my entire existence experienced such a horrible service . I don’t know why shein still uses buffalo as their preferred logistics partner . Your level of incompetency is sickening. You need to be investigated you can’t be this incompetent and still be in business . I have been waiting for my parcel for almost a month now . I made means to drive to your warehouse only to be told that my parcel was still at the airport (3weeks later) I was then lied to that my parcel will be delivered the past Saturday I’m still waiting. This is very pathetic , you cannot be in business and be comfortable with this level of incompetency . This is beyond unethical .
