      Buffalo is the most incompetent courier company that i have ever dealt with, their employees are great at lying and their so call Management is always on the line, worst of all when calls are transferred they dropped the lines Please can i have my parcel as i am being inconvenienced due to the horrible service but this company, to an extent where i have to reschedule and cancel my plans BUFZA4100240327YQ Cell: 0768256172

      1 star for me I ordered on the same day and my tracking status haven't moved the other one it's on international shipping and the other one I received the order today and it was late ny 3 days and the statuses haven't changed I'm so much disappointed

      Absolutely shocked. I have been tracking my order since the beginning of October 2022, from the 19 there was no new tracking until 1 Nov saying hey have tried to deliver but cannot find the address multiple times. Firstly no one contacted me and then when I contacted them in Jhb(no numbers in Durban works), they say my order has been lost!!!!! I must now contact Shein who also has no contact expect through a text which takes 24hours. Appalled!
