      This company is a FRAUD! The parcels just go missing an no one can tell me where it is. Their call service is TERRIBLE! They are rude and don't help at all. I should have gotten my parcel on the 18th and it is the 27th today. It still says it is at the airport warehouse since the 13th of October. Do not use this company!

      My parcel is literally an hour awa yet it's been there for two days and it just says out on delivery since morning. Isn't there any other courier besides Buffalo guys coz I've had it with them

      My parcel has been in a town that is only 40minutes away and yet it’s been there for the last 3 days.

      This must useless and fraud courier, BUFFALO....since 4 weeks my parcel was not deliver..

      I still haven't recieved my order and yet the estimated 22-25 October....The last update was on 19/10/2022 and it hasn't updated ever since...I'm so mad and I don't think I'll order from Shein ever again. The service of this courier is terrible.

      I've been waiting for my parcel but when i track it, it shows that it has been delivered and signed for on 25th but I don't know where and by who because definitely not by me and not at my house. I'm still waiting till now and estimated dates were 24-25 Oct 22. I don't know what to do.

      I'm really upset now because when I track my order it say delivery exception:consignee not available/company closed. I've been at home the whole week and I'm 100% sure I put the right details of my address and cellphone number. I'm giving this 1 star just because I can't give it a zero
