I am happy with the logistics itself but the drivers that sent my parcel were very very rude and I didn't like that

I am very dissappointed in the service I have send through proof of payment and its not updated on the website I phoned customer care on Friday the agent said it will reflect by Monday as you can see my order is big it's for a crèche function now i have to postpone the function because of your incompetence and not updating the tracking information

I've never had an issue with Buffalo.They've always kept me happy i really don't have complaints honestly
The estimated delivery dat was 22-23 October, today is the 26th and I still haven't had an update. The last update was on the 19 October when they recieved the package....why isn't this courier communicating if the are facing delays....very bad service. Bored ke sana.
